The final journey from an amazing year working with The Concierge Elite: The Campaign Review

As I continue my career I must address what an incredible experience was to produce and review the campaign snapshot created for my capstone client The Concierge Elite, a luxury concierge company in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A year ago I would have never imagined how much I would work in order to be the best Public Relations representative of a new concierge company established in the heart of the Island.

It was through research and development that tactics and strategies were defined in order to produce a structured social media campaign to achieve The Concierge Elite’ goals. The company wanted to dramatically increase its followers on all social media platforms, create brand awareness and ultimately have customer conversion.
