My personal Brand: NOVO Creative PR

My name is Jennymar Torres, and I was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. I have a Mass Media Communication Production Bachelor's Degree with a Marketing Minor. Currently, I am pursuing a Public Relations Master Degree at Full Sail University.

I am the journalist, food blogger, videographer and photographer behind Novo Creative PR.

I love to eat, drink, and enjoy the simple things in life with a warm cup of coffee in hand. My passion relies upon the infinite world of Food & Beverage and in the Hospitality Industry.

Enough of me already. Let's focus on the good part! Let me introduce to you the best of me, Novo.

Novo Cocina de Vanguardia was the original name in Spanish for modernist or avant-garde cuisine, but I decided that I needed to be able to approach other markets for promotional purposes.

I select the name of Novo Creative PR as my brand name to sell myself as a blogger and consultant in the Food & Beverage Industry. The name is easy to remember, easy to spell and is unique. The name Novo means “new” in Latin. It is combined with the word creative and the initials, PR that stands for Puerto Rico, which is my country.

My purpose with Novo is to create exclusive content related to the international gastronomic world, the latest avant-garde trends, culinary events, innovative recipes and information related to the captivating world of food and beverage in Puerto Rico.

My mission is to provide quality content, embody the new culinary trends occurring worldwide and provide entertainment. Also, I would like to continuously educate all of those foodies and chefs that follow my pages.
